Return & Refund Policy
Because our packaging products are large, heavy, and costly to ship, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
All issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
All sales are considered final once delivered.
If There Is an Issue With Your Shipment
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at sales@muddpackaging.com within 30 days if:
- The product is damaged
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong item or wrong quantity
If your claim is approved, we will replace the product or issue a refund.
Return shipping costs are covered only in these approved cases.
Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions)
- Packaging that has been opened, unsealed, or handled
- Custom or special-order items
- Sale or discounted items
- Products ordered in error by the customer
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
